June Bug Soup and Possum Stew

Well, Possum Stew was taken, but I'm glad, because as I sat pondering an alternative name and listening to the junebugs smack my window, I came up with Junebug Soup, and I like that better. I don't have a recipe for Junebug soup, but if there is one, a Cajun probably came up with it. Stay tuned for many strange recipes (Cajun and otherwise), odd food stories, and whatever else I feel like telling ya'. Got stories you want me to post?
