
I may be a little too into pizza. This was delicious. Halved cherry tomatoes, garlic, and basil from the yard, organic mozzarella from Organic Valley, organic parmesan cheese from Organic Creamery, organic olive oil, salt and pepper. Organic Valley does not sell calves for veal and is great in a lot of other ways, not the least of which they answer your questions when you email them, at great length. Drizzle the naan with a few tablespoons of olive oil, then scatter with tomato halves, basil, and cheeses to taste. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and bake at 400 until cheese melty and bubbly.
