Garden Farfalle


Sorry no finished pic, but sometimes hunger makes me forget. This is cherry tomatoes, garlic, and onions from the garden, spinach, chic peas, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Tossed with al dente farfalle pasta and dressed with a bit more olive oil, cracked pepper, and parmesan. Beautiful, simple, healthy and delicious. Kind of romantic, even:) Throw in a bottle of good minerally dry white wine, a candle or something, and you've got a meal you can cook for a date!
